VIP Membership Agreement
1. Introduction
This Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Yuncheng Yanhu District Canghai Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "Company") regarding your use of the SmokeStep app ("App") VIP membership services. By purchasing or using our VIP membership services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding.
2. Definitions
SmokeStep App refers to the mobile application developed by Yuncheng Yanhu District Canghai Network Technology Co., Ltd., designed to help users quit smoking and control tobacco consumption through scientific methods.
VIP Member refers to a user who has registered and paid for premium services within the App in accordance with this Agreement.
3. Service Description
The SmokeStep App provides users with professional smoking cessation and tobacco control assistance services, including but not limited to:
- Smoking Record Management: Record daily smoking details including time, cigarette brand, and quantity.
- My Cigarettes Management: Customize and manage cigarette information including brand names, prices, and quantities per pack.
- Control/Quit Modes: Choose between tobacco control mode and quit smoking mode based on your needs.
- Smoking Level Assessment: Intelligent assessment of nicotine dependence (Light, Moderate, Severe, Extreme).
- Distraction Techniques: Scientific methods to help reduce smoking cravings.
- Health Progress Tracking: Monitor your quit smoking journey and health improvements.
- Daily Motivation: Daily check-ins and motivational content to boost your confidence.
- Quit Smoking Notes: Record your thoughts and experiences throughout your journey.
4. VIP Membership Services
As a VIP member, you will enjoy the following exclusive premium services:
- Personalized Daily Control Plan: Customized daily tobacco control plans based on your smoking habits, goals, and historical data, helping you progress gradually.
- Exclusive Monitoring Report: Comprehensive monitoring reports generated based on your smoking data, daily check-ins, and goal progress, helping you track your journey with precision.
- Comprehensive Smoking Statistics: Multi-dimensional statistical charts including smoking trend heatmaps, cost breakdowns, and detailed smoking data to help you understand your patterns.
5. Membership Eligibility
Becoming a VIP Member: You must complete registration in the App and pay the VIP membership fee to become a VIP member.
Membership Duration: Your VIP membership will be valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. After the membership period expires, you may purchase another VIP membership to continue enjoying premium services.
Membership Termination: Manual account deletion will be considered as automatic waiver of VIP status.
6. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: The VIP membership fee is displayed on the VIP pages within the App. Prices may be adjusted based on operational needs. Please refer to the actual prices shown in the App.
Payment Methods:
- iOS Platform: Payment is processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase (IAP). The iOS platform uses an auto-renewing subscription model. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- HarmonyOS and Android Platform: Payment can be made through WeChat Pay and other available methods.
iOS Platform Subscription Details:
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service for the remainder of the paid period.
- After cancellation, the service will stop at the end of the current subscription period.
How to Cancel iOS Subscription:
- Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap on your Apple ID at the top (showing your name).
- Select "Subscriptions".
- Find and tap on "SmokeStep" in your subscription list.
- Tap "Cancel Subscription".
- Confirm the cancellation.
Note: If you don't see the Subscriptions option in Settings, you can also tap your account icon in the App Store, then select "Subscriptions" to manage your subscriptions.
Android Users - Google Play:
- Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
- This is a one-time purchase. No automatic renewal will occur.
7. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled by Apple and Google directly. We (the app developer) cannot process refunds directly.
📱 For iOS Users (Apple App Store):
- All purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase are subject to Apple's refund policy.
- To request a refund, you must contact Apple Support directly.

- Find the purchase and tap "Request refund"

⏰ Refund Timeframes:
- Apple: Refund requests are typically processed within 48 hours, but may take longer depending on the case.
- Google Play: Refunds for purchases within 48 hours can be processed directly through the Play Store. For older purchases, you'll need to contact Google Play Support.
Note: The decision to issue a refund is solely at the discretion of Apple or Google. We (the app developer) have no control over the refund process or decisions.
8. User Information and Privacy
To provide more accurate smoking cessation services, we need to collect the following user information:
- Basic Information: Daily smoking volume, smoking years, time to first cigarette after waking up, cigarettes per session, etc.
- Smoking Records: Smoking time, cigarette brand, quantity, etc.
- Device Information: Used for account association and data synchronization.
We strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations to protect your personal privacy. For detailed privacy protection measures, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. User Obligations
As a VIP member, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate personal information.
- Keep your account credentials secure and not transfer or lend your account to others.
- Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the service.
- Record smoking data truthfully to receive accurate smoking cessation recommendations.
10. Disclaimer
The smoking cessation recommendations, plans, and reports provided by this App are generated based on user-provided smoking data and are for reference only. Please use them in combination with your actual situation. We are not liable for:
- Poor service results due to false or incomplete information provided by users.
- Service interruption or data loss due to network, device, or other force majeure factors.
- Unsatisfactory smoking cessation results due to users not following recommendations.
11. Agreement Modifications and Termination
Agreement Modifications: We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be notified through App announcements. Please check for updates regularly.
Agreement Termination: This Agreement may be terminated early under the following circumstances:
- You manually delete your account in the App.
- Your VIP membership expires, automatically terminating VIP status.
- If you violate this Agreement or App rules, we reserve the right to terminate your membership.
12. Intellectual Property
All content in this App, including but not limited to text, images, software, interface design, layout framework, data, trademarks, and logos, is owned by Yuncheng Yanhu District Canghai Network Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Without written authorization, no one may copy, modify, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court where Yuncheng Yanhu District Canghai Network Technology Co., Ltd. is located.
