These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SmokeStep mobile application ("App") provided by Yuncheng Yanhu Canghai Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our", or "Company").

Important: By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

8.1 Pricing

The VIP membership fee is displayed on the VIP pages within the App. Prices may be adjusted based on operational needs. Please refer to the actual prices shown in the App.

8.2 Payment Methods

iOS Platform Subscription Details:

  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service for the remainder of the paid period.
  • After cancellation, the service will stop at the end of the current subscription period.

How to Cancel iOS Subscription:

  1. Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap on your Apple ID at the top (showing your name).
  3. Select "Subscriptions".
  4. Find and tap on "SmokeStep" in your subscription list.
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription".
  6. Confirm the cancellation.

Note: If you don't see the Subscriptions option in Settings, you can also tap your account icon in the App Store, then select "Subscriptions" to manage your subscriptions.

8.3 Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: Please Read Before Purchasing

Refund requests are handled by Apple and Google directly. We (the app developer) cannot process refunds directly.


📱 For iOS Users (Apple App Store):

  • All purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase are subject to Apple's refund policy.
  • To request a refund, you must contact Apple Support directly.
  • How to request a refund from Apple:

    3. Find the purchase and select "Request a refund"

  • Apple: Refund requests are typically processed within 48 hours, but may take longer depending on the case.
  • Google Play: Refunds for purchases within 48 hours can be processed directly through the Play Store. For older purchases, you'll need to contact Google Play Support.

Note: The decision to issue a refund is solely at the discretion of Apple or Google. We (the app developer) have no control over the refund process or decisions.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including all content, features, functionality, designs, graphics, interfaces, code, and software, is owned by the Company and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

"SmokeStep" and our logo are trademarks of Yuncheng Yanhu Canghai Network Technology Co., Ltd. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

9.3 Third-Party Rights

The App may include third-party content or links to third-party services. All third-party trademarks, service marks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
